不同性別東方田鼠組織器官中乙醇脫氫酶分析

摘要：為研究農(nóng)林地區(qū)典型害鼠生理生化特征，采用PAGE電泳對不同性別東方田鼠（Microtus fortis）各組織器官中的乙醇脫氫酶分布建立電泳譜圖并進行活性分析。結(jié)果表明，不同性別東方田鼠各組織器官中均有乙醇脫氫酶表達，同時該酶在不同性別東方田鼠間表達有一定差異。

Analysis of alcohol dehydrogenase in tissues and organs of different genders

of Microtus fortis

Abstract： In order to study the physiological and biochemical aspects of typical harmful rodents in agricultural and forestry areas， the PAGE electrophoresis was used to establish and analyze the distribution and activity of alcohol dehydrogenase in tissues and organs of different genders of Microtus fortis. The results showed that ethanol dehydrogenase was expressed in tissues and organs of different genders of Microtus fortis， and the expression of this enzyme showed certain differences among different genders of Microtus fortis.
