全民所有自然資源資產(chǎn)清查長沙試點的實踐與思考

摘 要：自然資源資產(chǎn)清查是摸清自然資源資產(chǎn)家底的基本方式，是編制國有自然資源資產(chǎn)報告和自然資源資產(chǎn)平衡表的重要基礎(chǔ)，對推動生態(tài)文明建設(shè)具有重要意義。結(jié)合長沙市全民所有自然資源資產(chǎn)清查工作實踐，在探索價值核算方法的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行總結(jié)與思考，以期對自然資源資產(chǎn)管理提出相關(guān)建議。

Practice and Consider of Inventory of State-owned Natural Resources Assets in Changsha

Abstract： The inventory of natural resource assets is the basic way to find out natural resource assets fortune. It is also an important basis for the preparation of state-owned natural resource assets report and Natural Resource Assets Balance Sheet， and it is of great significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization. Based on the practice of National Natural Resource Assets Inventory in Changsha， summarizes and ponders were proposed on the basis of exploring the value accounting method. The result can provide with relevant suggestions on the management of natural resource assets.
