近10年我國(guó)礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用水平趨勢(shì)

摘 要：通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了近10年生產(chǎn)集中度、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、資源開(kāi)采效率、選礦水平和礦山廢棄物綜合利用效率等指標(biāo)，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用總體水平達(dá)到歷史高位，這為全面提高資源利用效率、礦業(yè)綠色低碳轉(zhuǎn)型做出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

Trend of Economical and Intensive Utilization of Mineral Resources in China in Recent 10 Years

Abstract： The production concentration， labor productivity， resource exploitation efficiency， beneficiation level and comprehensive utilization efficiency of mine waste in recent 10 years were analyzed  statistically. The results show that the overall level of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources in China has reached a historical high， which has made contributions to comprehensively improving resource utilization efficiency and green and low-carbon transformation of mining industry.

“十二五”以來(lái)，自然資源部制定發(fā)布了礦產(chǎn)資源全面節(jié)約和高效利用意見(jiàn)，開(kāi)展了礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用水平調(diào)查評(píng)估試點(diǎn)和制度探索，先進(jìn)適用技術(shù)遴選推廣，“三率”準(zhǔn)研建與跟蹤評(píng)估，綠色礦山和綠色礦業(yè)示范區(qū)建設(shè)、儲(chǔ)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)改革，礦業(yè)權(quán)勘查開(kāi)采信息公示等一系列工作，礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用管理得到了進(jìn)一步規(guī)范，礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用水平得到了進(jìn)一步提升。（剩余4524字）
