省市縣聯(lián)動增量更新模式研究

——以衡陽市為例

摘 要：以衡陽市為研究對象，探索湖南省1∶1萬基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù)省市縣聯(lián)動更新方法，以增量更新、大比例尺到小比例尺聯(lián)動更新為技術(shù)手段，構(gòu)建現(xiàn)勢性強(qiáng)的1∶1萬基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù)庫，為各部門和地方政府提供基礎(chǔ)地理信息決策支撐。

Research on Incremental Renewal Model of Linkage Among Provinces Cities and Counties：

Taking Hengyang City as an Example

Abstract： Hengyang City was taken as the research object to explore the method of linkage update of Hunan Province’s geographic information data of 1：10000. Incremental update and multi-scale linkage update were used as technical means to divide the responsibility grid. A current the geographic information database of 1：10000 was constructed to provide basic geographic information decision support for various departments and local governments.

近年來，伴隨著信息化技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，地理空間數(shù)據(jù)更新技術(shù)已成為地理信息行業(yè)關(guān)注重點(diǎn)，基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)也從數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)為數(shù)據(jù)更新[1]。（剩余5705字）
