HA處理蘋果含糖量、可溶性固形物含量和維生素C含量均較大。相關(guān)性分析表明,單株產(chǎn)量與含糖量、維生素C含量及果實(shí)有機(jī)酸含量呈負(fù)相關(guān),與單果重、可溶性固形物含量呈顯著正相關(guān)性,與果實(shí)硬度、產(chǎn)值、折合產(chǎn)量呈極顯著正相關(guān)性。主成分分析顯示,提取特征值大于1的2個(gè)主成分,第1、2主成分的特征值分別為6.253、2.077,方差貢獻(xiàn)率分別為 69.474% 人 23.073% ,累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率分別達(dá) 69.474% 、 92.547% ,符合分析要求。綜合排名得出,不同濃度的HA對(duì)蘋果品質(zhì)及產(chǎn)量的提高能力依次為HA濃度30.0、20.0、12.5、10.0、 0μmol/L 。因此, 30.0μmol/L 透明質(zhì)酸對(duì)提高干旱條件下蘋果的品質(zhì)與產(chǎn)量的效果最佳。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract:This studyinvestigatestheeffectofhyaluronicacid(HA)onapplefruitqualityandyieldunderdroughtconditions, aiming toprovidetheoreticalsupportforimprovingapplequalityandyieldinridregions.18-yearoldFujiappletreswereusedas experimentalmaterials,nd5Hcocentratios(,0.0,2.5,20.00.OμmolL)wereaplidtothotznesugteog fruit,fruitexpansionandcolorchangestages.QualityparametersweremeasuredtocomprehensivelyasesstheefectofHAon applequaityenhancement.ResultsshowedthatwithincreasingHAconcentrationsinglefruitweight,fruitfirmessorganicacid content,yieldperplantverageyield,andcoomicoutputinitiallincreasedandthendecreased,withsignificantdiereces amongtreatments.The3O.Oμmol/LHAtreatmentresultedintheighestcontentsofsugar,solublesolids,ndvitaminC.Celaio analysisindicatedthatyieldperplantwasnegativelycorelatedwithsugarcontent,vitaminC,andorganicacidcontents,but postivelycoelatedwithsinglefruitweightandsolublesolidscontent.Itsowedahighlysignificantposivecoelaionwithfruit firmess,economicoutput,andaverageyield.Principalcomponentanalysisextractedtwoprincipalcomponentswitheigenvalues greater than 1.The eigenvalues of the first and second components were 6.253 and2.O77,explaining 69.474% and 23.073% of the variance,respectively,with a cumulative variance contribution of 69.474% and 92.547% ,respectively,meeting the analysis criteria. Comprehensiverankingshowedthattheabilityofdiferent HAconcentrationstoimproveapplequalityandyieldfollowedtheoder: 30.0,20.0,12.5,10.0,and 0μmol/L . Therefore, 30.0μmol/L HA was the most effctive in improving apple quality and yield under drought conditions.
