2</sup> 、重過磷酸鈣 241.5kg/hm<sup>2</sup> 和硫酸鉀 300kg/hm<sup>2</sup> 為對(duì)照,設(shè)置了化肥增施碳酶硅鈣生物菌肥、活菌重茬克、懶到底、土康源微生物菌劑等4個(gè)不同生物菌肥處理,生物菌肥用量均為30kg/hm<sup>2</sup> ,測(cè)定了不同生物菌肥對(duì)娃娃菜光合特性、過氧化物酶等抗氧化酶活性及其產(chǎn)量構(gòu)成的影響。結(jié)果表明,增施不同生物菌肥較單施化肥顯著增產(chǎn) 5.10%~30.61% ,其中增施土康源微生物菌劑 30kg/hm<sup>2</sup> 處理產(chǎn)量最高,為128.06t/hm<sup>2</sup> 。光合特性以增施土康源微生物菌劑 30kg/hm<sup>2</sup> 處理最好,其中葉片凈光合速率為 15.64μmol/m<sup>2</sup>?s ,蒸騰速率為 7.89mmol/(m<sup>2</sup>?s) ,氣孔導(dǎo)度為 348mmol/(m<sup>2</sup>?s) ,胞間 CO<sub>2</sub> 濃度為 366μmol/(m<sup>2</sup>?s) ,較單施化肥分別增加 155.56% 、 113.82% 、 190.00% 、 65.61% 。同時(shí),該處理的娃娃菜葉片數(shù)(39.65片)、橫徑( 28.74cm 、縱徑( 36.54cm )均顯著高于其他處理;其可溶性蛋白含量、過氧化物酶以及超氧化物歧化酶的活性也高于其他處理,且顯著降低了丙二醛含量。因此,在甘州區(qū)娃娃菜生產(chǎn)中,增施土康源生物菌肥 30kg/hm<sup>2</sup> 可提高娃娃菜光合效率,促進(jìn)植株生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,助力娃娃菜產(chǎn)量提升。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Effects of Different Biofertilizers on Physiological Characteristics and Yield of Baby Chinese Cabbage

Abstract:ToclarifytheeffectsofdiffrentmicrobialinoculantsontheyieldofbabyChinesecabbageinvegetable productioninGanzouDistrict,afieldexperimentwasconductedintheHexiCoridorsGanzhouDistrict.Thecontrolreatment applied only chemical fertilizers (urea at 375kg/ha ,superphosphate at 241.5 kg/ha,and potassium sulfateat 300 kg/ha),while 4 treatmentsadeddrentfertls,arboneilcncmetlvceaotiuousopina,lay totheend,andTukangyuanmicrobialagent,achat3kg/h,inaditiontotechemicalftilizers.Thesudydeteindte efectsftheiofertilizersonpototeticharacteristisantioidanteeactivities(e.gperoxidse)andyildots. Results showed that adding different biofertilizers significantly increased yield by 5.10% to 30.61% compared with the chemical ferilizerontrol,withtheTukangyuanmicrobialagenttreatmentat3Okg/haachievigthehghestieldof8.O6/a.Itesof photosynthetic characteristics,the Tukangyuan treatment performed best,with anet leaf photosynthetic rateof 15.64μmol/(m2?s) , transpiration rate of 7.89mmol/(m2?s) ,stomatal conductance of 3 ,and intercellular CO 2 concentration of 366 μmol/ (m2?s) ,anincrease of 155.56% , 113.82% , 190.00% ,and 65.61% ,respectively,over the control.Additionally,this treatment producedtheghestafumber(39.65),orzontalstemength (8.74cm),ndverticalstemlngth(6.54),tsproteioet peroxidaseactivityandsuperoxidedismutaseactivityerealsohigherthantoseinotertreatments,whilemalondialdehdecotent wassignificantlyreduced.Therefore,in Ganzhou District,applying 30kg/ha of Tukangyuan microbial agent can improve photosynthetic eficiency,promote plant growth and development,and enhance baby Chinesecabbage yield.
