Abstract：This studyaimstorevealtheintrinsic influencing factorsof highland barleyqualityandtoprovide strongsupport forthediversifid，green，andsustainabledevelopmentofthehighlandbarleyindustry2elitehghlandbarleyvarieties（lies） developedinrecentyearswereusedasexperimentalmaterals.14 traitswereanalyzedusingfactoranalysis，folowedbyPromax obliquerotation.Teresultssowedatintwooundsofcomprehensiveevaluation，O2O04rankedfirstinthecomprehesiesoe andwassuitableforsubsequentregionalvarietyexperimentasanewcultivar.2O2O55，2O2O35，andthecontrolvarietyLongke1 rankedamongthetop4andcouldbeusedasimprovedparents inhighlandbarleybreeding.Inadition，although2212，202029， and202036rankedloweroverall，teyhadhighscores insomeprincipalfactorsandcouldbeusedasresouresfortraitimproement.
