[Abstract]This article reports acaseofmultiple adjacent gingival recessions (MAGR)treated withamodifiedcoronallyadvanced tunnel (MCAT) techniquecombined withasubepithelial connective tisse graft (SCTG),utilizinga doublecross suspension suture technique.The patient primarily presents with ClassI and Class I gingival recession at multiple tooth sitesaccording totheCairoclassification.The treatmentprotocolinvolved initial periodontal nonsurgical therapy,followed by staged root coverage procedures using a minimally invasive MCAT technique with SCTG and doublecross suspension suture technique. Postoperative folow-ups at 12,24,and 36 months demonstrated 100 % root coverage, favorable aesthetic outcomes in terms of color match and contour,and stable long-term therapeutic results.

牙齦退縮(gingivalrecession)是指牙齦邊緣從原本的生理性位置(釉牙骨質(zhì)界冠方 1~2 m m 處)向根方退縮,導(dǎo)致牙根表面的病理性暴露,牙齦退縮可發(fā)生于牙周健康者,也可發(fā)生于口腔衛(wèi)生差及牙周病患者;導(dǎo)致牙齦退縮的危險因素可能是物理(牙齒突出、牙弓不齊)、機械(不當(dāng)刷牙、正畸力及咬合力等)及化學(xué)藥物2(如牙齒漂白劑等)刺激對牙齦組織的直接影響,也有可能是牙齦組織的炎癥反應(yīng)。(剩余11342字)
