淺談海工管線預(yù)制過(guò)程管理

摘    要：海工管線負(fù)責(zé)介質(zhì)的輸送，其預(yù)制質(zhì)量和完整性直接影響項(xiàng)目的交付進(jìn)度及系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量可靠性。本文從管線生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備、施工場(chǎng)地及人力需求、管線預(yù)制工作包的編制、管線施工及主要跟進(jìn)表、管線的放行及涂裝等方面，闡述了管線預(yù)制過(guò)程管理要點(diǎn)及注意事項(xiàng)。

Introduction of Offshore Pipeline Prefabrication Process Mangement

Abstract： Offshore pipelines play an important role in conveying media， and the prefabrication quality and integrity of their pipelines would directly affect the delivery progress of the entire project and the reliability of the system quality. The author elaborated the key points and precautions of pipeline production from the aspects of pipeline production preparation， construction site & manpower requirements， preparation of spool prefabrication work pack， pipeline fabrication and major track table，spool release and painting etc.

1     項(xiàng)目策劃

1.1   工作量/材料

根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的交付進(jìn)度/模塊總體搭載進(jìn)度節(jié)點(diǎn)，依據(jù)生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)放樣文件資料和工藝復(fù)雜難易度，預(yù)估模塊總體管線進(jìn)度、模塊每層搭載前對(duì)管線的需求；根據(jù)總體管線物量表，測(cè)算管線的總工作量，包含總管線根數(shù)、各類(lèi)材質(zhì)管徑、長(zhǎng)度及根數(shù)；根據(jù)料單批次，提出管線、管附件等的來(lái)料需求信息，確保材料及時(shí)到貨過(guò)檢具備領(lǐng)用條件。（剩余3832字）
