淺談海工管線預制過程管理

摘    要：海工管線負責介質的輸送，其預制質量和完整性直接影響項目的交付進度及系統(tǒng)質量可靠性。本文從管線生產(chǎn)準備、施工場地及人力需求、管線預制工作包的編制、管線施工及主要跟進表、管線的放行及涂裝等方面，闡述了管線預制過程管理要點及注意事項。

Introduction of Offshore Pipeline Prefabrication Process Mangement

Abstract： Offshore pipelines play an important role in conveying media， and the prefabrication quality and integrity of their pipelines would directly affect the delivery progress of the entire project and the reliability of the system quality. The author elaborated the key points and precautions of pipeline production from the aspects of pipeline production preparation， construction site & manpower requirements， preparation of spool prefabrication work pack， pipeline fabrication and major track table，spool release and painting etc.

1     項目策劃

1.1   工作量/材料

根據(jù)項目的交付進度/模塊總體搭載進度節(jié)點，依據(jù)生產(chǎn)設計放樣文件資料和工藝復雜難易度，預估模塊總體管線進度、模塊每層搭載前對管線的需求；根據(jù)總體管線物量表，測算管線的總工作量，包含總管線根數(shù)、各類材質管徑、長度及根數(shù)；根據(jù)料單批次，提出管線、管附件等的來料需求信息，確保材料及時到貨過檢具備領用條件。（剩余3832字）
