滿(mǎn)足DNV入級(jí)的磷蝦船冷藏貨艙熱平衡試驗(yàn)

摘    要：本文通過(guò)我司建造的某磷蝦船冷藏貨艙熱平衡試驗(yàn)的過(guò)程，介紹漁船入級(jí)DNV船級(jí)社時(shí)，熱平衡試驗(yàn)需要準(zhǔn)備的試驗(yàn)工具以及試驗(yàn)周期。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)計(jì)算結(jié)果，對(duì)冷藏貨艙保溫層傳熱系數(shù)的要求提出建議。通過(guò)總結(jié)試驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，強(qiáng)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)、施工過(guò)程中需要注意的事項(xiàng)。

Heat Balance Test of Refrigerated Cargo Hold for Krill Fishing Trawler in Compliance with DNV Rules

Abstract： This paper is based on the heat balance test of refrigerated cargo hold for krill fishing trawler built by our company， and introduces the test tools prepared for the heat balance test and test period when a fishing vessel is classified into DNV. Suggestion for heat transfer coefficient requirement of refrigerated cargo hold heat insulation is proposed on the basis of the test calculation results. According to the summary of the test experience， it is emphasized that the matters need to be attended during design and installation.
