某極地科考船的管路防寒設計

摘    要：本文基于自主研發(fā)的某極地科考船管路系統(tǒng)的防寒設計，簡要介紹常用管路防寒設計的基本要求、耐低溫管子、閥件材質(zhì)的選用方法，以及本船主要管路系統(tǒng)的防寒設計經(jīng)驗。

Winter Protection Design of Pipe Systems for Polar Scientific Research Vessel

Abstract： According to the winter protection design experience of pipe systems on the polar research ship independently developed by GSI， this article reviews the basic requirements of the winter protection design of pipe system， the selection of low-temperature cold-resistant pipe materials and the selection of low-temperature resistant valves， etc. At the same time， it summarizes the winter protection design experience of the key pipe system on board. The summary of the relevant experience can provide reference for the design of the new polar vessels in the future.

1     前言

本船為深遠海多功能科學考察船，要求具備無限水域航行、載人深潛、深海探測、綜合作業(yè)等功能，具有在夏季前往南北極海域進行海洋環(huán)境調(diào)查、深潛科學考察研究等能力，為此本船的部分管系需要考慮防寒設計。（剩余3708字）
