某軍貿(mào)船發(fā)電機(jī)并聯(lián)異常跳閘故障分析與修復(fù)

摘 要:某軍貿(mào)船在修理項(xiàng)目電站性能恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)中發(fā)電機(jī)并聯(lián)異常跳閘,其故障原因呈現(xiàn)多重典型故障點(diǎn)疊加的特點(diǎn)。本文分析其發(fā)電機(jī)勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)原理,闡述其多重故障點(diǎn)分析、排查、定位及解決的過程,并總結(jié)此次修理項(xiàng)目中獲取的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abstract: In the power station performance recovery test of a military trade ship repair project,the causes of an abnormal trip of a generator have the characteristics of several typical superimposed faults. This paper analyses the principle of the generator excitation system, explains the process of analysis, investigation, location and resolution of the multiple faults, and then summarises the experience of this repair project.
