船舶工程多信息源的應用研究

摘    要：船舶行業(yè)信息化數字化發(fā)展迅速，工程信息數據的流通及交互處理需求也日益增長，但信息的融合和應用還處于起步階段。本研究首先從船舶需求對象、技術手段、輸出格式、信息歸檔等方面分析船舶多源信息的特性；其次根據生產過程的狀態(tài)變化對信息源進行分類；同時開展船舶工程生產組織過程中環(huán)境、物料、技術、管理狀態(tài)等方面的信息融合應用研究，并以船舶脫硫改裝工程為例，介紹多信息源融合在實際項目上的應用；最后對船舶多信息源研究進行展望

Abstract： With the rapid development of informatization and digitization， the demands for the circulation and interaction processing of engineering information data are also increasing. However， the integration and application of information are still in its infancy. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the versatile information of ship demand objects， technical means， output format， information archiving， etc. Secondly， the information sources are classified according to the state changes of the production process. At the same time， the application research of information fusion in the environment， materials， technology and management state in the production organization process of ship engineering is carried out. Take the retrofit project of EGCS as an example to introduce the application of multi -information source integration. Finally， the research on multiple information sources of ship engineering is prospected.

1    前言

在“中國制造2025”提出后，中國制造業(yè)開始了數字化、網絡化、智能化的技術應用[1]，而在船舶行業(yè)，隨著數字化修船概念的提出，信息資源的加工處理使得船舶行業(yè)也迎來了新的發(fā)展，船舶自動化、新工藝、新材料、新技術、新船型不斷在船舶行業(yè)應用[2]，同時出現信息量的爆發(fā)式增長。（剩余6532字）
