摘    要：?jiǎn)吸c(diǎn)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)塔是海上浮式儲(chǔ)油船（FSO）的核心關(guān)鍵裝備之一，內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)塔月池的加工及安裝至關(guān)重要。結(jié)合我司“鳳凰洲”油輪改裝成“海洋石油121” FSO的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，本文主要介紹單點(diǎn)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)塔月池加工精度控制、加工狀態(tài)選取原則、加工方案設(shè)計(jì)，希望對(duì)后續(xù)類(lèi)似的改造工程提供參考。

Abstract： The single point inner turret is one of the core key equipment of Futong Showa Optical （FSO）， and the installation of the inner turret and the hull structure is critical. Based on the successful experience of the oil tanker "Phoenix Castle" converted into the FSO "Ocean Petroleum 121"， this paper mainly introduces the precision control of single point inner turret moonpool machining， machining status selection principles， and machining plan design， to provide reference opinions on similar reconstruction projects in the future.

1     概述

“鳳凰洲號(hào)”為一艘110 000 DWT原油船，鋼質(zhì)單甲板、雙殼、單槳、柴油機(jī)推進(jìn)，由中船舶708所設(shè)計(jì)，大連船舶重工建造，于2006年1月建造完工，2020年5月完成改造為“海洋石油121”FSO。（剩余4214字）
