漁政船的監(jiān)造管理探討

摘    要：針對(duì)漁業(yè)船東對(duì)船舶建造過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量控制難的問(wèn)題，筆者根據(jù)某300t級(jí)漁政船的監(jiān)督建造管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，探討船舶監(jiān)造工作步驟和質(zhì)量控制方法，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)漁政船建造質(zhì)量的有效控制，達(dá)到提高船舶建造質(zhì)量的目的。

Quality Control of Fishery Administration Ship Construction

Abstract： In view of the difficulty in quality control of fishery administration ship owners in the process of ship construction， according to the supervision and construction management experience of the 300 t fishery administration ship， this paper discusses the steps and quality control methods of ship construction supervision， so as to realize the effective control of construction quality of the fishery administration ship and achieve the purpose of improving ship construction quality.

1     前言

漁政船監(jiān)造管理，是對(duì)船舶建造質(zhì)量進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)全過(guò)程管理控制，及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確處理船舶建造過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，預(yù)防發(fā)生不安全的建造行為，提出合理化建議和方法，消除質(zhì)量問(wèn)題引發(fā)的各種隱患，確保漁政船整個(gè)建造過(guò)程的質(zhì)量和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控。（剩余3564字）
