2 200 t起重船機(jī)艙風(fēng)機(jī)選型計(jì)算

摘 要:本文基于我司設(shè)計(jì)建造的2200t起重船實(shí)例,通過計(jì)算機(jī)艙設(shè)備燃燒及散熱所需空氣量,分析整個(gè)機(jī)艙所需空氣量;同時(shí)根據(jù)機(jī)艙風(fēng)管布置,考慮最遠(yuǎn)支管送風(fēng)情況,分析末端的送風(fēng)壓力損失和煙囪排風(fēng)損失,計(jì)算風(fēng)機(jī)的壓力損失,從而選型出機(jī)艙風(fēng)機(jī)所需風(fēng)量和靜壓。

Calculation of Engine Room Fan Selection for 2 200 t Crane Ship

Abstract: Based on the 2 200 t crane ship designed and built in our company, the amount of air needed for the whole engine room is analyzed by calculating the amount of air needed for heat dissipation and combustion in the engine room. At the same time, according to the engine room air duct layout, considering the farthest branch pipe air supply situation, the air supply pressure loss of the end and funnel exhaust loss are analyzed, the fan pressure loss is calculated, so as to select the engine room fan required air volume and static pressure.
