淺談水下管匯建造與檢驗測試要點

摘    要：水下管匯是一種典型的海上油氣開發(fā)重要設備，是水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的關鍵組成部分。本文以南海某項目深水管匯建造為載體，介紹管匯的結構組成、功能原理和工廠建造質量控制及測試要點，對水下管匯的建造、安裝、維護、測試等方面技術提供參考。

Abstract： Subsea manifold is an important equipment for typical offshore oil and gas development， and a key component of subsea production system. Taking the construction of a deep-water manifold of a project in South China Sea as an example， this paper introduces the structural composition， functional principle， quality control of construction and test points of the manifold， and provides reference for the construction， installation， maintenance and test of subsea manifold.
