摘 要:該文運用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和層次分析法等方法,基于OBE理論構(gòu)建了體育研究生導(dǎo)師團隊課程思政評價體系,充分發(fā)揮了評價的預(yù)測、診斷、反饋、導(dǎo)向、激勵的整體功能。能夠發(fā)揮導(dǎo)師團隊潛能,不斷促進導(dǎo)師團隊的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮其主觀能動性和創(chuàng)造性,使導(dǎo)師團隊自我創(chuàng)新和持續(xù)發(fā)展能力得到增強。

Research on the Ideological and Political Evaluation System of Sports Graduate Tutor Team Curriculum Based on OBE Theory

Abstract: This article uses methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview, and analytic hierarchy process to construct an ideological and political evaluation system for sports graduate supervisor team courses based on OBE theory. It fully utilizes the overall functions of evaluation in prediction, diagnosis, feedback, guidance, and motivation. Being able to unleash the potential of the mentor team, continuously promote its development, unleash its subjective initiative and creativity, and enhance the team's ability for self innovation and sustainable development.
