Abstract:Aims to develop ascientificand rational decision-making method for power grid equipment renewal toachievethehealthyandsustainableoperationofpowergridenterprises.Basingonthetheoryoftotallifecyclecost (LCC),the Weibull model is introduced tocalculatecosts,andthe time valueof moneyis incorporatd toestablish an optimization model.Therebytheoptimal economic lifeand theminimum total lifecyclecostare derived.A comprehensive performance evaluationsystem isconstructed from theperspectivesof economy,technology,and safety.Itcovers six indicatorssuchas total lifecyclecostandavailability.Theindicatorsarequantifiedthroughthe Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)and normalization.Taking the communication lineequipment of Company A as an example,the number of the renewal equipment is reduced by 329km compared with the expected amount,and theequipment renewal budget is decreased by26.45%.Theresults show that the proposed model effectively reduces the operating costs of power grid enterprises and enhances the comprehensiveperformance of the equipment,providing strong support for the equipment renewal decisions.
