Abstract：The 2PDC2Ooo V frame disconnector is suitable for the new generation of new energy systems.For thedesignof theDC2OooVframedisconnector，intermsoftheforcedisolationof themainarccontact，the insulationpartsareadded to concentrate thearcon thearccontact，therebyimproving thebreakingcapacity.In terms of reliable control of the contact timing，the appropriate timing difference is determinedaccording to the relationshipbetweenthearccolumnvoltageandtheresidual voltageunderdiferent currents，and theinfluenceof contactwear isconsidered toensurereliable arc extinction.Combinedwith high-voltage dynamic insulation simulation andDC arc voltage precise control calculation，thereliabilityof theproduct isaccurately ensured. Through experimental verification，the new 2PDC2OOo Vframe disconnector meets the requirementsof both new and old standards.
