Abstract: In high-power applications,thethree-phase interleaved LLC resonantconvertercan effectively reduce the single-phase current stress and the output ripple through the interleaved paralel connection technique, and minimize the sizeof theoutput filter capacitor to further improve thepower density.The circuit mathematical model forthethree-phaseinterleavedLLCresonantconverterisconstructed,thekeyparametersaredesigned,and the equivalentcircuit modelisadoptedforthe theoretical analysis.Meanwhiletheheat dissipationoptimizationof the magneticcomponents is taken into account to ensure the conventer’sreliable operation in high-temperature environments.Finally,a 60kW three-phase interleaved LLC resonant converter prototype is designed and constructed.Through experimental tests,theeffectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified,and providing a reference for the design and optimization of LLC resonant converters in high-power applications.
