AbstractObjetive：Toexploretheinterventionefectofvolumemanagementbasedonknowledgeatitude，practice（KAP）modelin patients withchronicheartfailureMethods：Atotalof8Opatientswithchronicheartfailurewhoweretreatedintheheartcenterofour hospitalfromJuly2O23toJanuary2O24wereselectedasthestudyobjects.Therewererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupand observationgroup，4Ocaseseach.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatmentandnursing.Theobservationgroupwas supplemented byvolumemanagement guided byKAPmodel.After3monthsof folow-up，cardiacfunctional grading，NT-pro BNP level，6minwangtest）ualityoflfadisioateandatisfactiowreevaatediothgroupsReults：fot offollow-up，theardacfunctionalgaing，NTproPlevel，6MW，ualtflifesoreeadmissonateandsatisfactiooein observation group were better than those in control group（ ）.Conclusions：Volume management guided by KAP model could efectivelyimprovetheprognosisandthequalityoflife，andreduce thereadmissionrateofpatientswithchronicheartfailure.
