AbstractObjective：ToinvestigatetheurentstatusofunmetneedsofAECOPDpatients，toanalyethevariabilityamongdiferent groups，nd toprovideareference basisfordevelopingfutureinterventions soastoimprove theunmetneedsofAECOPDpatients. Methods：From June 1，2022 to June 28，2O23，totally 231 AECOPD patients in 6 hospitals in Dongguan city were selected for 4 followupsurveysbyusingconveniencesampling method.Anddatawereanalyzedbyusinglatentcategorygrowthmodel.Results：Threlatent category trajectory groups were obtained： the medium-need decline group （9.96%） ），the low-need rise group （2.60% ），and the high-need smooth group （87.45% ）.There were statistical significant diffrences in terms of ageand self-care ability among the three groups（ P< O.05）.Conclusio：PatientsithAECOPavediferentrajetoriesofunmetneedsAditisecommendedthatmedicalstafiplet dynamic assessment and targeted supportive care according to the group variability of patients.
