AbstractObjective:From the perspective ofout-of-hospital extended service,to explore the path of "health manager + PGR system"andtodiscusstheimplementationeffect.Methods:Atotalof75patientsunderwentjointreplacementinourhospitalfrom OctobertoDecember2O23wereselectedasthecontrol group.And72casesunderwentjointreplacementinourhospitalfomJanuaryto February 2O24 were selected as the observation group.The control group was accepted routine "phone + WeChat" follow-up.And the observation group was provided extended nursing service of "health manager + PGR system".Pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores, DailyLiving Ability(ADL)scores,theWeste OntarioandcMasterUniversitiesOsteoarthritisIndex(WOMAC)scores,Harisip Score(HHS)scores,AmericanShoulderandElbow Surgeons'Form(ASES)scores,postoperativecomplications,patientand nurse satisfactionwerecomparedbetweenthe twogroups.Results:One monthandthree monthsaftersurgery,there weresignificantdifferences in termsofpainVAscores,ADLsores,WOMACscores,HHscoresASESscores,patientsatisfactionandursesatisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The extension service of "health manager + PGR system" could improve patients' compliancearoutsideopitaleleratepidebiliatioprocescortfuctiarlyndimproehalile.
