Abstract  This article reviewed the influencing factors of perioperative neurocognitive disorders in the elderly，aiming to develop targeted nursing interventions by analyzing relevant factors，so as to reduce the incidence of perioperative neurocognitive disorders.And to provide a basis for further implementing targeted，structured，multi?component non pharmacological methods of comprehensive nursing.

摘要  對(duì)老年人圍術(shù)期神經(jīng)認(rèn)知障礙影響因素進(jìn)行綜述，旨在通過(guò)分析相關(guān)因素制定針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù)措施，以期達(dá)到降低圍術(shù)期神經(jīng)認(rèn)知障礙發(fā)生率的目的，同時(shí)為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展實(shí)施針對(duì)性、結(jié)構(gòu)化、多組分非藥理學(xué)方法的綜合護(hù)理提供基礎(chǔ)。（剩余10183字）
