護(hù)生術(shù)前護(hù)理能力感知量表的漢化及信效度檢驗(yàn)
Chinesization and reliability validity test of Perceived Preoperative Nursing Care Competence Scale for Nursing Students

Abstract Objective:To translate Preoperative Nursing Care Competence Scale for Nursing Students(PPreCC?NS),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:After obtaining the authorization of the original author,the Chinese version of PPreCC?NS was formed through the process of translation,back translation,cultural adaptation and pre?investigation.A total of 584 nursing students who underwent clinical practice in 48 hospitals in North and Northeast China,and who were from 6 institutions including Peking University Health Science Center and others,were surveyed from April to May 2023 to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The critical ratios of the Chinese version of PPreCC?NS were 16.497?20.431.And the correlation coefficient were 0.844?0.960.The scale?level content validity index/average(S?CVI/Ave)was 0.982,and the item?level content validity index(I?CVI) were 0.865?1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted four factors:the ability to fulfill legal responsibilities and comply with ethical principles,preoperative evaluation ability, preoperative patient preparation and communication ability,scientific research and professional development ability,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 93.181%.The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.990,the split?half reliability was 0.963,and the test?retest reliability was 0.991.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the PPreCC?NS scale has good reliability and validity.And it is suitable for evaluating the preoperative nursing perception ability of nursing students in China.
