Abstract This study examined the challenges in the education of master of nursing specialist in China, marked by the issues of "triple?value and triple?neglect".Drawing upon the collaborative principles of outcome?oriented education,we had crafted an all?encompassing "one student,multiple mentors" collaborative guidance model.This model seamlessly incorporated coursework,research training,and clinical practice,which representing the three pivotal components of nursing master's degree graduate education.Its establishment and enhancement of communication mechanisms guaranteed the efficacy of collaborative guidance,showed distinct advantages and yielded noteworthy outcomes.

摘要 分析當(dāng)前我國護(hù)理碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)存在的“三重三輕”問題,基于成果導(dǎo)向教育的協(xié)同理論,構(gòu)建了貫穿護(hù)理碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生課程學(xué)習(xí)、科研訓(xùn)練、臨床實(shí)踐三大環(huán)節(jié)的“一生多師”全程協(xié)同指導(dǎo)模式,建立與完善聯(lián)絡(luò)機(jī)制,保障協(xié)同指導(dǎo)效應(yīng),具有一定優(yōu)勢,并取得了顯著成效。(剩余5402字)
