Abstract  This paper summarized the application status，application challenges and future prospects of DRG evaluation index in nursing human resources allocation，so as to provide reference for nursing managers to apply DRG evaluation index in clinical practice management，and further to enhance the efficient management of nursing human resources allocation.

摘要  對疾病診斷相關(guān)分組（DRG）評價(jià)指標(biāo)在護(hù)理人力資源配置中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及未來展望進(jìn)行綜述，旨在為我國護(hù)理管理人員在臨床實(shí)踐管理中應(yīng)用DRG評價(jià)指標(biāo)提供參考依據(jù)，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)護(hù)理人力資源配置的高效管理。（剩余11533字）
