Construction of training content of biosafety virtual simulation training system for clinical nursing staff

Abstract  Objective：To build a virtual simulation training system for clinical nursing staff's biosafety，and providing a platform for biosafety training for clinical nursing staff.Methods：By conducting literature searches，expert group meetings，and Delphi consultations，a knowledge base and case library of a virtual simulation training system for clinical nursing staff's biosafety were constructed.Results：Through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultations，the consensus of expert opinions was good，and the authority level of experts was 0.910.The Kendall's W for primary，secondary，and tertiary indicators were 0.431，0.403，and 0.401，respectively（all P<0.01），ultimately forming a nursing staff biosafety virtual simulation training system that included four categories of biosafety overview，biosafety monitoring and early warning，biosafety protection and control，and biosafety nursing disposal，with 28 categories of knowledge items.A case library covering 28 biosafety rescue cases was constructed through group preliminary review，expert letter review，and teaching meeting review.Conclusion：The training content of the biosafety virtual simulation training system for clinical nursing staff constructed in this study is diverse and comprehensive，which can provide reference for the biosafety training of clinical nursing staff.
