摘要  從宏觀時(shí)間軸和微觀時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)結(jié)直腸癌病人癌因性疲乏縱向變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行總結(jié)，并從人口學(xué)、社會(huì)心理學(xué)、疾病因素、生物標(biāo)志物、遺傳因素、腸道菌群等方面對(duì)癌因性疲乏的預(yù)測(cè)因子進(jìn)行綜述，旨在為廣大醫(yī)務(wù)工作者識(shí)別存在高疲乏軌跡和長(zhǎng)期疲乏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的高危人群，并為其制定更精準(zhǔn)的疲乏防治策略提供參考。（剩余17209字）
