Growth Adaptation of Pepper Varieties Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

Abstract: In order to more accurately screen out high-quality pepper varieties suitable for cultivation in Dingxi region,this paper used principalcomponent analysis and cluster analysis to conduct acomprehensive evaluation of 10 indicators of25 introducedpepper varieties.Theresults showed thatthequantitativefunction model,constructed based on threeprincipalcomponent factors,indicated thatthesixvarieties, including“Tianjiao20'‘Yunchi‘‘Sujiu 19′‘Sujiu 22'“Tianjiao 16',and‘2774'had the highest comprehensive trait scores.By using the cluster dendrogram to systematically classify different pepper varieties,the 25 varieties were clustered into three major categories basedon10traitindicators.Among them,the six varieties of“Tianjiao16’‘274'‘Yunchi’“Sujiu 19' ‘Sujiu 22’“Tianjiao 16'hadlongerfruit lengths,larger singlefruit weights,higher yields,and good comprehensive traits.This result was basically consistent with thefield growth situation,indicating thatthe reliability of the compreensive evaluation results was relatively high. The comprehensive analysis showed that‘Tianjiao 16' ‘2774'‘Yunchi’“Sujiu 19'“Sujiu 22',and‘Tianjiao 20' weresuitableforcultivation in Dingxiregion and were varieties with market potential.

辣椒(CapsicumannunmL.)是茄科辣椒屬蔬菜,果皮含有辣椒素而有辣味,能增強(qiáng)食欲,具有很好的抗衰老作用,而且營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值高,能提供人體所需的維生素 C,β 胡蘿卜素、葉酸等營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)[-2]。(剩余6963字)
