金花葵種子研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：金花葵是一種食藥同源的保健養(yǎng)生植物，為錦葵科秋葵屬一年生草本植物，種子富含氨基酸、微量元素和不飽和脂肪酸，可用作食物和飼料、提取植物油等。本文就金花葵種子的形態(tài)特征、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分、生物學(xué)特征和抗性特征等方面進(jìn)行了闡述，以期為金花葵種子的相關(guān)研究和開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供參考。

Abstract： Hibiseu manihot L. is a kind of food and medicine homology of health care plant， it is an annual herbaceous plant of Abelmoschus Medicus of Malvaceae. Its seeds are rich in amino acids， trace elements and unsaturated fatty acids， and its seeds are used as food and fodder， and vegetable oils can be extracted. In this paper， the morphological characteristics， chemical composition， biological characteristics， and resistance characteristics of the seeds of H. manihot L. were expounded， which provided a reference for the related research and development utilization of H. manihot L. seeds.

金花葵（Hibiseu manihot L.）為錦葵科秋葵屬一年生草本植物，俗稱野芙蓉、菜芙蓉、山榆皮或黏干等，生長(zhǎng)于深山崖隙間，適應(yīng)性極強(qiáng)，含黃酮類物質(zhì)、不飽和脂肪酸、多糖及微量元素等活性成分，因有抗自由基、抗氧化性、抗癌、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、降血脂和降血壓等藥理活性，被稱為“植物大熊貓”“生命中的救心草”等[1-3]。（剩余4763字）
