AbstractThepapersystematicallyelaborates thekeytechnological innovationsandpracticesimplemented inthein-plant logisticssstemofatinsmelterduringitselocationandupgradingprocess,focusesontheoptimizationstrategiesandiovative characteristicsofthethremajorsystems(solidlogistics,liquidlogistics,andgaslogistics),ndintroducesindetailthspecific optimizationmeasuresandapplicationofthesubsystems.Theimplementationesultsoftheprojectindicatethatthein-lantlogtcs eficiencyhasbeensignificantlyimproved,logisticsenergyonsumptionandoperatingcostshavebeengreatlyreducedandthe botlenecksexistinginthelogisticsprocessoftraditionalsmeltershavebeenefectivelysolvedthroughscientificplaningand innovative design.This providesvaluablereferencefortheupgradingand transformationofsimilarsmelting enterprises.
