AbstractAimingattheproblem that thesamebeltconveyor frequently experiences beltdeviationdue touneven force distributioncausedbymultiplefeedingpoitsandgudechutestructures,ichfectsproductionstabilitythisstudyivestigatedthe causes fbeltdeviationbasedonmateralfaling rajectoriesandgudechuteconfigurations.Anoptimizationwasproposed:Sttingup amaterial-onmaterialoreaccumulationplatforatthdischarging hopperfalingpoint,andimplementingguidechutes withupper wide/lower-narrow profilesandflared tail structure.AnANSYS modelwas established.ANSYSforceanalysisandcomparativetests demonstratedthat:Theoreacumulationplatformefectivelycounteractsimpactwearonthetransferbeltanddischarginghopperwear platesbyalteringmaterialfallngtrajectorytoaievecentraliedmaterialladingTeupperwide/ower-narrocutewithfaredtail canenhancematerialflowabilityandconvergenceatmultiplefeedingpointsofthesamebeltconveyor,ensuringuniformbeltforce distributionwhileeducing materialjmmingrisksinhutesidbafles.Tisoptimizationsuccesfullyesoledbeltdviationissues and extended service life of both conveyor belts and wear-resistant liners.
