MetCal軟件在沸騰爐處理硫化銅礦設計中的應用

Abstract Thefludizedbedroastingofcoppersulfideconcentrateincludes threeforms:oxidationroasting,vulcanizationroasting, and semi-vulcanization roasting.Taking a copper sulfide concentrate with a copper grade of 60% and a sulfur grade of 17% in the DemocraticRepublicofCongoasthebject,afluidizedbedroastingsystem model wasconstructedusingMetCal softwarebasedon the parameters such as wind- ?to- ore ratio of 1.5m3/kg and oxygen excess coefficient of 1.2,to simulate the mass balance,heat balance, and gas composition under diffrent roasting conditions.The results indicate that the oxidation roasting ( S 750 A ) requires sulfur adding to maintain heat balance,the vulcanization roasting (650\~670 C )requires7.36 t/h cooling water to control overheating,The semi (20 vulcanization roasting ((700 C ) is the critical point of heat balance at 40% acidification rate(SO volume fraction of 0.719% ). The calculation of furnacehearth area( ?22m ),optimization of sulfur addition mode and design of the cooling system can provide data support for the engineering solution of the fluidized bed roaster.
