2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>= 1:1設(shè)5個(gè)土壤含鹽量梯度 (0%,0.25%,0.50%,0.75%,1.00%) ,采用盆栽模擬法,探究鹽脅迫對(duì)沿階草生長(zhǎng)、細(xì)胞膜系統(tǒng)及滲透調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程的影響,并對(duì)其耐鹽性進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:隨著鹽脅迫程度增加,10份沿階草種質(zhì)資源的相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率、游離脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖及鈉離子含量呈上升趨勢(shì),丙二醛和可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后降低趨勢(shì),根系活力、相對(duì)含水量、鉀離子和鈣離子含量呈下降趨勢(shì)。綜合評(píng)價(jià)表明,麥冬(武都)和短藥沿階草(武都)2份種質(zhì)耐鹽性更強(qiáng),具有在西北土壤鹽漬化地區(qū)種植的潛力。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract: To investigate the salt tolerance of 1O wild Ophiopogoneae germplasm resources in Longnan and Tianshui areas of Gansu Province, five soil salt content gradients (0% , 0.25% , 0.50% , 0.75% and 1.00% ) were set up with NaCl: Na2SO4=1:1 ,the effects of salt stress on the growth,cell membrane system and osmoregulation process of Ophiopogoneae Were explored by poting simulation method,and their salt tolerance was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that with the increase of salt stress,the relative conductivity, free proline content,soluble sugar and sodium ion content of the 1O Ophiopogoneae germplasm resources showed an upward trend,the content of malondialdehyde and soluble protein increased first and then decreased, and the root activity,relative water content,potassium and calcium ion contents showed a downward trend. The comprehensive evaluation showed that the two germplasms of Ophiopogon angustifoliatus (Wudu) and Liriope graminifolia (Wudu) had strong salt tolerance,which had the potential to be cultivated in the salinized areas of the soil in the northwest China.
