Abstract:Exploring the invasion of Euphorbia jolkinii Boiss.in the alpine meadows of northwest Yunnan can provide a basis for the management and restoration of alpine meadows. This article took the invasion of E jolkinii into the meadow ofthe subalpine mountains in northwest Yunnan as the research object.Through field investigation and indoor analysis, the relationship between diferent degrees of invasion (moderate, severe, extremely severe)and the carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) content and ecological stoichiometry of the soil plant system was studied. The results showed that the invasion of E jolkinii increased soil organic C, total N,and total P content by 8.8% to 21.6% , 18.8% to 26.8% ,and 13.4% to 49.9% ,respectively, and led to an increase in plant organic C content while reducing total and total P content; The soil C:N and N:P decreased, while the plant C:N and C:P increased;Among them, the minimum value of soil C:N is 27.00, and the maximum value of N:P is O.48, indicating that soil nutrients are mainly limited by N ,and P element is relatively abundant.Correlation analysis found that the Grassvegetation cover index(GDI) was significantly negatively correlated with soil C:N and microbial biomass N,while significantly positively correlated with plant N content, indicating that GDI is constrained by N element. In summary, the invasion of E :jolkinii can alter the nutrient content of soil and plants in the subalpine grasslands of northwest Yunnan, leading to soil nitrogen being the main limiting factor for their productivity.
