職業(yè)院校差異化生均撥款制度優(yōu)化研究

——以內蒙古為例

摘 要：職業(yè)教育前途廣闊，大有可為，而經費投入不足是制約職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的短板。職業(yè)教育差異化生均撥款存在制度不健全、標準較低、指標單一、落實力度不足等問題。因此，推進現代職業(yè)教育體系構建，落實差異化生均撥款，必須健全經費投入機制，加快制定職業(yè)院校學校生均經費標準。

Research on the Optimization of the Differentiated Allocation System

in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Vocational education has a broad and promising future，but the insufficient funding is the biggest shortcoming that restricts the development of vocational education.There are some problems such as imperfect system，low standards，single index，and different implementation.Therefore，promoting the construction of a modern vocational education system and implementing differentiated allocation system must improve the mechanism for allocating funds and accelerate the establishment of standards for funding per students in vocational colleges.
