易堿洗型分散染料合成及其對(duì)二醋酯纖維織物的染色性能評(píng)估

Abstract: To develop disperse dyes with high color fastness, excellnt dyeing properties,and the ability to replace reduction washing with alkaline washing,a novel carboxylate-and phthalimide-containing disperse dye Cl with easy alkali washability was synthesized by introducing carboxylate ester and phthalimide groups into the dye molecular structure through N-alkylation and diazo-coupling reactions. The dye's molecular structure was confirmed using UV-Vis spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry,and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy. The dyeing performance of Cl on diacetate fiber fabrics was comprehensively evaluated based on strike up,dyeing rate,and color fastness. When the dye concentration was 2.0% (owf),the dye adsorption sites on the fiber surface were nearly saturated. Cl showed outstanding dyeing performance on diacetate fiber fabrics,with a K/S value over 19. 00 and a dyeing rate of 92.3% . The diacetate fiber fabrics exhibited high L? , b* ,and c* values,and appeared orange with a maximum absorption wavelength at 480nm . After reduction and alkaline washing, thefabric's color fastness remained at level 4or above.Results showed that the color fastness of C1-dyed fabrics after alkaline washing was comparable to that after reduction washing. This process eliminates the use of insurance powder and reduces environmental pollution,ofering an eficient and eco-friendly method for post-dyeing treatment of diacetate fiber fabrics.

二醋酯纖維(Cellulosediacetate,CA)集吸濕透氣性、珍珠光澤、尺寸穩(wěn)定性等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)于一體,其低玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度與結(jié)晶度特性可促進(jìn)染色過(guò)程中分子鏈運(yùn)動(dòng),從而為分散染料吸附擴(kuò)散創(chuàng)造有利條件。(剩余9089字)
