3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 的 SA/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 通過(guò)同軸濕法紡絲來(lái)制備同軸纖維,再經(jīng)濕化學(xué)法在纖維內(nèi)壁沉積鉑( Pt) 納米顆粒,得到 SA(?Pt 和 SA/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@Pt 中空纖維馬達(dá);利用 SEM、XRD、FTIR等測(cè)試表征中空纖維馬達(dá)的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)組成;調(diào)控中空纖維馬達(dá)的運(yùn)動(dòng)行為,并研究其對(duì)污染物的降解效果。結(jié)果表明:含有Pt納米顆粒的 SA@Pt 中空纖維馬達(dá)可以在 H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 中實(shí)現(xiàn)自主運(yùn)動(dòng)。當(dāng) H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為 2% 時(shí), SA@Pt 的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度可以達(dá)到 2.1mm/s ,表現(xiàn)出良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)性能;通過(guò)改變 SA@Pt 中空纖維馬達(dá)的端口形狀和尺寸, SA@Pt 表現(xiàn)出豐富的可控運(yùn)動(dòng)方式(如直線(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)、旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng));在外界磁場(chǎng)的作用下, SA/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@Pt 可以實(shí)現(xiàn)“ZSTU"等字樣的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,表現(xiàn)出 SA/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@Pt 具有豐富的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式和精準(zhǔn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)可控性;在模擬污染物(孔雀綠和羅丹明B)降解測(cè)試中, SA/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@Pt 在 120min 內(nèi)對(duì)孔雀綠和羅丹明B的降解率分別達(dá)到 93.4% 和 87.9% 并兼具優(yōu)異的循環(huán)性能(3次循環(huán)后降解率幾乎不變)。該研究為海藻酸鈉中空纖維馬達(dá)的設(shè)計(jì)以及污染物高效降解應(yīng)用提供了新的研究思路。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract: Coaxial fibers were prepared by coaxial wet spinning of sodium alginate (SA) and SA/Fe3O4 loaded with Fe3O4 ,and SA@Pt and SA/Fe3O4@Pt hollow fiber motors were obtained by wet chemically depositing platinum ( Pt ) nanoparticles onto the inner wall of the hollow fibers. The morphology and structural composition of the hollow fiber motors were characterized using SEM, XRD,and FTIR. The motion behavior of the holow fiber motors was regulated,and their eficacy on pollutant degradation was evaluated. The results demonstrated that hollow fiber motors containing Pt nanoparticles could achieve autonomous motion in H2O2 . The motion speed of could reach 2.1mm/s as the mass fraction of H2O2 was 2% , showing good motion performance. Furthermore, the motion modes of the SA (20 hollow fiber motors could be modulated by adjusting the shape of the ports and the length of the hollow fibers,resulting in both linear and rotational movement patterns. When guided by an external magnetic field,the SA/Fe3O4@Pt motor could move along a predetermined path, including forming complex trajectories such as 'ZSTU′ , showcasing its versatile movement and high precision control. Finally,the SA/Fe3O4@Pt achieved a 93.4% and 87.9% degradation rate of malachite green and Rhodamine B within 120mins ,with consistent performance over three cycles. This study provides new insights into the design and application of sodium alginate-based hollow fiber motors for eficient polutant degradation.
