Abstract：Objective：Toanalyzethe investigationand handlingofatuberculosis clusteroutbreak inauniversityin Ganzhoufrom April to May 2O23，soas toprovideabasis fordealing with similar epidemics inthe future.Methods： We describedand statisticallyanalyzed theoccurrenceanddevelopmentof theepidemicandthemeasures todeal with it，the epidemiological investigationofthecase，thescreening resultsofclosecontactsand generalcontacts.Results：Atotalof 3casesof tuberculosis weredetected.Theyweredistributed inthesameclassanddormitory.Inthescreening of close contacts，theEC positive/strong positive rateof the case in the class was22.86%（8/35）and thatof otherclasses was （204號(hào) 1.79% （ 1/56 ），and the difference between the two was statistically significant （ χ2 =8.497，P=0.004）.The EC positive/ strong positive rate among close contacts was 9. 78 % （9/92），and the EC positive/strong positive rate among general contacts was 1.72% （ 1/58 ），which was 5.69 times that of general contacts，but the diference was not statistically significant （ χ2=2.530，P=0.112 .Conclusion：The first case was studying and living in school for a long time，which wasthemainreason fortheoccurrenceofclusteroutbreaks.Itis necessaryto strengthen thehealtheducationof teachers andstudents，and improve theawareness of tuberculosis preventionandcontrolamong teachersand students；theuniversity shouldimplementtheinvestigationof thecausesofabsenceduetoillnessand detect suspected casesof tuberculosisas early as possible.

2023年4月10日，贛州市某結(jié)核病定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告1例病原學(xué)陽(yáng)性學(xué)生肺結(jié)核患者，為贛州市某高校A學(xué)院1班學(xué)生，當(dāng)?shù)丶部貦C(jī)構(gòu)隨即對(duì)該病例進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)調(diào)查和密切接觸者篩查等處置工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)2例與指示病例有流行病學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)的學(xué)生肺結(jié)核患者，整個(gè)處置過(guò)程嚴(yán)格按照《中國(guó)學(xué)校結(jié)核病防控指南（2020年版）》要求進(jìn)行，在病預(yù)防控制中心、學(xué)校等多方共同努力下，該起疫情得到有效控制。（剩余5824字）
