12 m通高無(wú)肋夾膠全玻璃幕墻施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

【摘    要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)有全玻璃幕墻施工技術(shù)的不足，提出了通高無(wú)肋夾膠全玻幕墻，采用12 m通高玻璃，由8片12 mmSGP鋼化夾膠玻璃組成玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)，以實(shí)際工程為例，對(duì)其深化設(shè)計(jì)、加工、安裝及質(zhì)量控制等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)闡述，因幕墻整體采用無(wú)肋設(shè)計(jì)，室內(nèi)采光效果較好，視野通透。

Key Technology for Construction of 12 m High Ribbed Laminated Full Glass

Curtain Wall

【Abstract】： A view of the shortcomings of existing all glass curtain wall construction technology， a high ribbed laminated all glass curtain wall is proposed， which uses 12 meter high glass and consists of 8 pieces of 12mm SGP tempered laminated glass to form a glass structure. Taking actual engineering as an example， the detailed design， processing， installation， and quality control of the curtain wall are emphasized. Due to the overall ribbed design of the curtain wall， the indoor lighting effect is good and the view is transparent.
