【摘 要】:為研究適應天津軌道交通發(fā)展情況的軌道交通站點以公共交通為導向的開發(fā)模式(TOD),通過研究分析國內外不同類型軌道交通站點TOD分類方法,根據(jù)交通特征、出行目的、土地功能等指標,提出適合天津的TOD建議。

【Abstract】: In order to research rail transit station adapted to rail transit development of Tianjin by transit-oriented development (TOD), this paper analyses the TOD classification methods of different types of rail stations at home and abroad, and puts forward advice of TOD suitable for Tianjin according to the indicators of traffic characteristics, travel purpose and land function.

美國學者Calthorpe于1983年提出了以公共交通為導向的開發(fā)概念(Transit Oriented Development,TOD),其核心是在能夠承載大容量客流的公共交通站點周邊實施混合型、高密度的土地開發(fā)模式,通過就業(yè)、居住等不同土地用途的混合開發(fā)和引導分層分布來實現(xiàn)[1],最初目的是解決由于私家車主導發(fā)展導致的城市功能分離、非正規(guī)社區(qū)和公共服務日趨分散等問題[2]。(剩余4963字)
