Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatetheinfluenceofcoal ganguepowder filermodificationon theroadperformanceof rubber asphalt mixture,coal gangue powderandlimestone powder wereused to analyze theroad performance ofrubber asphalt mixture ARHM-13(W).The microscopic propertiesof the filers were compared by SEMand XRF tests,thephysical and mechanicalindexesof thefilerswerecomparedbyMarshalltestundertheoptimaloil stoneratio,andtheperformancendexes werecompared byhigh temperatureruting test,lowtemperature trabecular bending testand freeze-thawsplitingtest.The results showthatthesurface structureofcoal gangue powder ismorecomplexthanthatoflimestonepowder,containingflake structure,larger specific surface area,containing more active oxides such as and ,which can be used as a good filler.Teoptimumratioofoil stone,dynamicstability,permanentdeformation,spliting strengthratio,hightemperature performanceandwaterstabilityofcoal ganguepowderfllng rubberasphalt mixtureare improved.Thebending stiffess modulus oflimestone powderfilerrubberasphalt mixtureis lower,thelimit bending tensionshouldbechanged greatly,and the low temperature performance isrelativelygood.Whenthedynamic stability,deformation,strength,hightemperatureperformance and waterstabilityofrubberasphalt mixture arerequired,coal gangue powdercanbeusedasfiler,whichcanimprove theroad performance of asphalt mixture and improve the utilization rate of coal gangue.
