AbstractIntedigitaleratecouplingofdigitaltechnologandruralgoveanehsbecomecloserandcoser，andthecuivatiofen dogenouscapacityofdigiallabledruraloveanceascoeniporaneachirectiotoprooteteodesatioofalgo erance.Thispaperexplores tesignificanceofdigitalmpowermentofendogenouscapacityofruralgoveancontheasisofelevanton ceptsandconotatiosofdigialpowerentofedogenousapacityofuralgoveanehichanbeancedtouhdigitalasAccordingtotheproblesthatnedtobesolvedteeasetheendogenouscapacityofruralgoverance，ispaperputsforwardrelevntstrate giesfromtheaspectsofiprovingtherual goverancesystemandendogenouscapacitycultivationmechanism，inordertohelpprootethe development of digital rural governance.
