AbstractToanalyetecurrntsiuatioofpopulationdevelopmentinpoverty-strickenareasndexploresustaabledevelopmntpatsfor thepopulationintesearas.TisudyostructsasustaiablepopulationdevelopntssteforpovetysricenareasbasdotUitd NationsSustanableDevelopmentGoalsTakingthetypicalpoverty-trickenareasiGansuProvinceasxamples，descriptivestatistical methodswereusedtoomprehensivelyaalyzetepopulationstatusofthsudyaraandtoexploretheimpactofcoomicevio cial environment，and resource environment on sustainable population development.
