Toxicity Determination of 11 Insecticides on 4th Instar Larvae of Adoxophyes orana

AbstractTheioftisdyastosrenoutthfeieinsecticidesfoontrolingelavaofAoranaandtoprovideeefor theeectivelfIalssdo mersion and contact method.The median lethal concentration （ ）of different insecticides was calculated by constructing toxicity regression equation.Thulsodtiarbprldfeolldiia A. orana，and the corrected mortality rate was above 80% . The order of toxicity of the five insecticides to the larvae of A . orana was Abamectin 0 （0.024mg/L） ） > Thiodicarb （ 8.579mg/L ） > Fipronil （ 33.704mg/L ） > Chlorpyrifos （ 58.592mg/L ） > Diafenthiuron （977.842 mg/L）. Thetoxicityofoiethi，ambdcylothi，eta-Cetrinameoadeaipridte4tharef A . orana was low，and the corrected mortality was lower than 20% after ，indicating that the above six insecticides had no obvious toxicity and were not suitable forthecontrolofA.orana larvae.This experiment screenedoutfive kinds of insecticides with high virulence to A . orana，which provided a scientific theoretical basis for the efficient control of this insect.
