鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下農(nóng)民大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)中存在的問題和對策

摘要 農(nóng)民大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)是推進鄉(xiāng)村振興的重要引擎，能有效豐富鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟業(yè)態(tài)，促進農(nóng)民增收致富，實現(xiàn)自我價值。針對農(nóng)民大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和能力培養(yǎng)欠缺問題，提出了農(nóng)民大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的對策以及農(nóng)民大學生助力鄉(xiāng)村振興的實踐路徑，旨在為鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下農(nóng)村本土創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)提供有效參考。

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Peasant College Students Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract The innovation and entrepreneurship of peasant college students is an important engine for promoting rural revitalization.The innovation and entrepreneurship of peasant college students can effectively enrich rural economic forms，increase farmers’ income，and realize self-value. In view of the challenges faced by peasant college students and the lack of ability training in innovation and entrepreneurship，we put forward the countermeasures to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of peasant college students，and the practical paths for peasant college students to help rural revitalization，so as to provide effective references for the cultivation of rural local innovation and entrepreneurship talents under the background of rural revitalization.
