涉農(nóng)高校思政力量助推鄉(xiāng)村治理現(xiàn)代化研究

摘要 鄉(xiāng)村治理現(xiàn)代化是鄉(xiāng)村全面振興的重要內(nèi)涵，當(dāng)前要找準(zhǔn)鄉(xiāng)村治理的關(guān)鍵短板，厘清影響鄉(xiāng)村治理質(zhì)效的主客因，發(fā)揮涉農(nóng)高校的思政力量優(yōu)勢，補齊基層治理現(xiàn)代化短板，校地共同探索“黨組聯(lián)建、思政助力、雙送下鄉(xiāng)、雙元共育”的鄉(xiāng)村治理現(xiàn)代化之路，助力鄉(xiāng)村盡快走出發(fā)展瓶頸。

The Ideological and Political Forces of Agriculture-Related Colleges and Universities Have Promoted the Modernization of Rural Governance

Abstract The modernization of rural governance is an important connotation of the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas， at present， it is necessary to identify the key shortcomings of rural governance， clarify the subjective and objective factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of rural governance， give full play to the advantages of the ideological and political strength of agriculture-related colleges and universities， make up for the shortcomings of grass-roots governance modernization， and jointly explore the road of rural governance modernization of “joint construction of party groups， ideological and political assistance， double sending to the countryside， and dual co-education”， to help rural areas get out of the bottleneck of development as soon as possible.
