板栗種質(zhì)資源果實性狀的遺傳多樣性分析

摘要 為研究板栗果實性狀遺傳多樣性,以來自12個省(市)的59份板栗資源堅果為研究對象,測定單粒重、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、蛋白質(zhì)含量4個品質(zhì)性狀。結(jié)果表明,所調(diào)查的板栗資源遺傳多樣性豐富,為板栗良種選育提供重要參考指標。

Abstract In order to study the genetic diversity of nut, 59 Chinese chestnut resources from 12 provinces were used to determine the single nut weight, soluble sugar content, starch content and protein content. The investigated Chinese chestnut resources were rich in genetic diversity, which provides an important reference index for the breeding of improved varieties of Chinese chestnut.
